2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our accessibility compliance scanning service, send you scan results and issue change alerts, process payments through our payment provider (LemonSqueezy), and communicate service updates.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and follow industry-standard security practices. Scan results are stored for the duration of your account. We do not store the content of the websites you scan, only the accessibility audit results.

4. Third-Party Services

We use LemonSqueezy for payment processing. Their privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. We use Resend for transactional email delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through your Settings page. When you delete your account, all your data including scan history and reports will be permanently removed.
