1. Service Description

SiteComply provides automated website accessibility scanning powered by axe-core, an open-source accessibility testing engine. Our service identifies potential WCAG 2.1 AA violations and provides guidance for remediation.

2. Important Disclaimer

SiteComply is an automated scanning tool that detects a subset of accessibility issues. Our scans do not guarantee full WCAG compliance or legal protection from ADA lawsuits. Automated tools can identify approximately 30-40% of potential accessibility barriers. A complete accessibility audit requires manual testing, assistive technology testing, and expert review.

3. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime Deal purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You may only scan websites that you own or have authorization to scan. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to overload or disrupt our systems, or resell access to the service without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

SiteComply is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to legal claims related to website accessibility. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
